Hi both,

So Mum fed back to me that you were disappointed by the letters. I'm really sorry to hear this. We both talked through what you may like to hear, but obviously we didn't get that right. It's the first time I have directly spoken to both of you for a while, so didn't want it to go in any specific direction, just to start the dialogue again.

Looking forward to what you reply back with, but understand that may take a while with SATS and other such things happening at the moment.
