Hi both,

Happy new year! Hope your Xmas period was jolly and filled with fun stuff. For me, Xmas was a quiet one round mum and dad, then went on a road trip with friends. We around Nottingham, including the longest open pub in the UK (it's been open for 900 years). Then came back and did NYE a day early 😂. It was in this really tacky beer hall in green park, but the company was great. All back to work now.

Me and your mum also met yesterday to agree ages forward. It's been a long road, and it's been tough on both of us, but we are now starting to get to the point where we can settle properly into future lives. Your grand parents are visiting you today to give you your Xmas presents. They tried before Xmas but there was a misunderstanding so this is now round two. Hope you enjoy seeing them.
