Hi Both,

Long time since the last post! I finished working my old job. Had a week off before my new one. Had a bit of surgery as you do 😂. Started my new job and today is day 8 of it. It's going well, and they are keeping me busy which is a great feeling after the last job wasn't errrmmm "very taxing" towards the end.

So the mediation between me and your mum broke down. I guess I can start be honest about this. She simply did not want to uphold her end of the bargain. She still seems incredibly angry and sad about everything. I feel sorry for her. But gone are the days that I need to try and help her. I tried that for 11 years to no avail! I have to accept she has chosen this path and their is nothing I can do about it. She just wants to use you as a bargaining chip, and what would be the end point to keeping on saying yes to her increasingly silly demands? Her need for others to support her, but never be happy about it, means she never can be truely content.

I hope she is treating you well, and that you are having as good a life as you can. Just be aware when she decides you are no longer useful to her.

So the house should be up for sale by next Tuesday. That's what the courts stated. I tried hard to find a way you could stay there. Again your mum seemed to think I was mis-treating her, when in fact I was providing far more than I should have done. We are now at the bottom. Sorry to move you from the only home you remember. It has to be so unsettling.

Kerstin has been travelling the last few weeks so I am looking forward to seeing her Friday (two days time). Lots to catch up on.

Despite what others will tell you, I love you both so much 💗💕😘.
