Hi Both,

Hope all is well for you. I'm busy handing things over at work, and getting ready for my new roll. Part of that is picking back up exercise which I haven't been doing for the past 3 months and I am really feeling it! Also really tired because I'm not exercising so would be really good to feel more awake.

Everything going well with Kerstin. She's away in Denmark with her best friend at the moment but talking most days.

Hope you are enjoying all of the bank holidays. Not sure if I am going to watch the coronation, but will enjoy the day off for it!
